The living/dining room has an open fireplace, a pellet stove for the winter months and air conditioning for the hot Season. The open-plan kitchen with all the equipped what is needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Toaster, fridge and freezer.
From the kitchen you access directly to the rear deck /outdoor area. This has a semi-closed Barbecue, several Seating areas, individually usable whether the sun or the shade. Also with the awning and wind protection.
Also an outdoor shower located on the terrace. On the roof is a beautiful sun terrace, which can be achieved by a house change stairs. Parking is located directly in front of the door.
The beach is 4-5 minutes by car. Bars, Restaurants, supermarkets etc. are within 2-5 minutes by car. The town centre is only a few minutes ' walk.
